Consultant & Founder, Keep Talent
Front-Line Experience, Trench-Tested Leadership
I moved from California at 13, met my wife Brooke at 19, and today we’re raising our two kids, Blake and Bodhi.
My foundation was built on the front lines of sales, operations, and leadership. I didn't learn performance management or workplace execution from a textbook—I lived it in the trenches. I know what it takes to drive revenue, enforce accountability, and hit targets under pressure.
I built Keep Talent because I saw business owners repeatedly losing margin, time, and momentum to fixable operational problems: weak onboarding, preventable turnover, and a lack of clear standards. On the other side, I saw capable, hungry individuals left spinning their wheels without the direction or coaching required to deliver top-tier results.
I partner with business owners to fix those operational gaps and build high-performing teams that drive the bottom line—and I work directly with ambitious individuals who are ready to bridge the gap between potential and execution.
Why Keep Talent Exists
Throughout my career, I’ve had a front-row seat to broken systems—and the massive hidden costs that come with them.
High Alignment & Strong Support
Practical Solutions to Broken Systems
I’ve seen businesses bleed time, momentum, and capital on constant churn—watching new hires walk out the door simply because there was no onboarding structure or clear support in place. I’ve observed environments where accountability slipped, high performers quietly carried the weight of underperforming systems, and leadership missed the early warning signs of cultural friction. And as an individual within those systems, I know the frustration of wanting to contribute at a high level when the roadmap isn't clear and growth feels stalled.
"Keep Talent exists because both individuals and businesses deserve better."
I don't look at these challenges emotionally; I look at them practically. High turnover, wasted budget, and disengaged teams aren't inevitable—they are operational challenges with direct, human solutions.
My goal is to help businesses get the very best from their people, build great environments, and set up better systems so that their teams thrive and their results are stronger—while giving ambitious individuals the practical tools and line of sight they need to perform at their highest level.
