1. Consulting & Coaching Services

Keep Talent provides professional leadership consulting, operational strategy, and individual performance coaching. Services are delivered according to agreed weekly or monthly program tiers as outlined on our pricing page or custom client agreements.

2. Weekly Subscriptions & Billing

Individual Coaching and Business Programs are billed on a weekly recurring schedule. Clients may modify or pause their program tier by providing written notice prior to the next billing cycle.

3. Referral Programs

Keep Talent offers referral discounts for active clients:
• Individual Referral Program: $10/week discount per active referral.
• Business Referral Program: $20/week discount per active business referral.
Discounts apply for as long as the referred participant maintains an active paid enrollment in a Keep Talent program.

4. Intellectual Property

All coaching frameworks, training materials, onboarding templates, and website content provided by Keep Talent remain the exclusive intellectual property of Keep Talent unless otherwise granted in writing.

5. Limitation of Liability

Keep Talent provides practical advice, guidance, and structures intended to assist organizational and career growth. Business results depend on client implementation and execution. Keep Talent is not liable for indirect or consequential financial outcomes.
